All About Me

Hi everyone!

I am new to this whole blog/review thing so please be patient.

My nickname is Millie and that I what I'll go by on this site I think. I am a student who is running this blog in my free time. I aspire to be an architect or a history teacher (I know, they are so different). My love of books came from my second-grade teacher, Mrs. Pope. When she found out how good of a reader I was, she encouraged me to read more and helped me find interesting books for my age that would still challenge me. So, that is how I found my love for Greek mythology and Percy Jackson. Since then I have found a love for music and band, writing, poetry writing, and baking. I am absolutely OBSESSED with the band One Direction despite their "hiatus" I love music so much, it means the world to me. I am in our school's band and play flute in our symphonic band and tenor sax in our jazz band. I adore most/all genres of books but, my favorites are rom-coms, YA, poetry (It's a little out there, I know), and murder mysteries. My favorite authors are Akemi Dawn Bowman, Cassandra Clare, Lizzy Gomez, and Kathleen Glasgow. I hope you stick around and enjoy my blog!
